As general manager, Tom leads business development, program development, program delivery, and candidate consulting. He applies his business experience to coaching our entrepreneurial candidates. He also manages the firm's finances and administration.

Tom has twenty years of management experience with four start-up companies in sales, business development and finance roles. His industry background includes independent energy, investment banking with Morgan Grenfell and Babcock & Brown, and franchising with Headquarters Companies.

Tom was Executive VP and CFO of Penn Octane Corporation, a NASDAQ SmallCap energy company. Tom is on the Board of Pentex Natural Gas and is a member of the Northern California Human Resources Association. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
