Renata directs all research projects for the firm and our candidates including research on job markets and job leads. She maintains the firm's databases and website. She trains candidates on Web research techniques and tracks job search statistics.

Renata was most recently with Ask Jeeves, where she was Managing Editor of their children's search site. She has worked as a Web Site Reviewer for the McKinley Group and as an assistant at the California Supreme Court Library. She volunteers as a poetry teacher.

Renata earned an MA in English (Creative Writing) from San Francisco State University, and a BA in History from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana.
