Norm consults and coaches PowerTransitions' candidates and executives. He facilitates executive coaching, management development, and change management programs. Norm was with Bank of America for 24 years, initially in technology systems development, then as a trainer in a CEO-sponsored management development program implemented throughout the world.

Norm teaches graduate students in counseling and is the author of Thinking Outside the Cubicle: How to Change the Job You Have Into the Job You Want. He holds an MA in Counseling from San Francisco State University.
