Kevin is responsible for planning, managing and delivering all corporate group outplacement programs. Kevin has 27 years experience in human resources serving as Human Resources Director for The North Face for 17 years and for ADVO, Inc. for seven years.

Before he joined PowerTransistions, he was the VP of Human Resources for Butterfields Auctioneers, an eBay-owned company. In addition to traditional HR assignments, Kevin has been responsible for developing corporate restructuring strategies requiring substantial downsizing and for W.A.R.N. procedures for plant closings in California, Utah and Arizona.
