Howard develops candidate job search campaigns and coaches candidates through them. He assists candidates with key marketing elements, including resume development and other written communications. He manages group projects and facilitates workshops.

Howard has 19 years experience in career management, including 16 years with Power Marketing and PowerTransitions. He was previously Managing Editor for an advertising and publishing firm, and the San Francisco Director of Career Research Services, a career development and resume writing service.

Howard has an MA in English and Film from the State University of New York, and an Honors BA in English from Exeter University in Devon, England.
