Dannie conducts job search workshops, provides interview coaching and consults with candidates on their career management strategies. She works with human resource departments to develop new-hire orientation and new manager integration programs to improve employee retention.

Dannie has been with PowerTransitions for eleven years. She was previously an Employee Relations Specialist and Manager of Customer Accounts for Ingres. She has fifteen years prior experience in restaurant operations.

Dannie has an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
